Best nut free snacks for school lunches

Nuts are such a fantastic source of energy and nutrients. However, with increasing numbers of allergies amongst children Australia wide, many schools are now nut free zones. Many ‘healthy’ homemade treats, particularly if they are plant based, contain lots of nuts. So we wanted to create a blog post that pointed you in the direction of some of our all time favourite nut-free snacks.
