We are beyond excited to introduce to you the fitness loving, down to earth Instagram queen Steph Claire Smith and one half of Keep it Cleaner. We caught up with Steph to ask her a few questions about her love of health, wellness and all things good food.

How did you get into cooking?
Steph: In my last two years at high school I studied Food Tech because I knew cooking was something I would enjoy and it was just something that I was really keen to learn about. But I really got into cooking when I started eating cleaner and learning more about food. I started to cook dinner for my family, just so I had control over what ingredients were being used and what was for dinner, and I just fell in love with it.
What’s your favourite recipe from your blog?
Steph: Radical Rocky Road FOR SURE! I make it once a week so I have it in my freezer ready to treat myself nearly every night, haha!
Sum up you food philosophy in three words
Steph: Tasty, balanced and clean.
What’s your favourite food memory?
Steph: Having a bowl of porridge at my Nanna’s house in a Mickey mouse bowl, keen to finish it overtime because face was at the bottom of the bowl.
What’s the one ingredient you have to have in your kitchen at all times?
Steph: Nut butter. I’m addicted.
What’s the best piece of cooking advice you’ve been given?
Steph: To clean up as I cook, I’m still not very good at it but I’m getting there haha!
