Pumpkin Pie Popsicles
We’ve turned a classic pumpkin pie into a delicious and creamy ice cream – it won’t disappoint!
Ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg blended with smooth sweet pumpkin and almond butter to create a delicious creamy ice cream.
In a food processor blend together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour this mixture into icy pole moulds and place into the freezer to set for a few hours
To remove from the moulds, run under warm water to help soften the ice cream so it comes out easily.
Sprinkle with crushed gingerbread to add a little texture and crunch :)
