Simple Protein Granola
This recipe is so simple and it doesn’t have any hidden ingredients like the shop bought versions. So many breakfast cereals come packed full of unnecessary ingredients. This homemade version is quick easy and incredibly versatile. Whip up a batch on the weekend and you’ll have tasty granola ready to go all week. We love enjoying it on top of coconut yoghurt and fresh fruit or simply on it’s own with a general amount of Pureharveset Almond Quench.
This recipe works perfectly without the protein powder so feel free to not use it if you don't have any on hand. Alternatively you could also substitute the protein powder for almond meal.
