The Toppings
InstructionsOn a medium to high heat sautee the onion in a frying pan with a splash of oil. When the onion begins to turn translucent, add the spices, salt and blitzed cauliflower. Cook this mixture for 5-10 minutes until the onion and cauliflower are cooked. Remove from the heat and stir through the cooked millet and buckwheat flour. Add the egg and mix well to combine. You can place the mixture in the fridge until you need it or use it right away. Separate the mixture into 6-8 even sized balls, depending on how large you want your burger to be. Flatten the balls into patties. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil on a medium-high heat on the stove. Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each sized or until golden brown. Once you have cooked your burgers, add the along with you favourite toppings to a burger bun and enjoy! The perfect addition to your summer BBQ.
