Super simple, natural, wholesome breakfast. Chia puddings are the perfect option for busy mornings when you don’t have time to make anything. Make them the night before, quickly top with your favourite toppings in the morning and you’re ready to run out the door.
The addition of cacao makes for a dessert/chocolate pudding like flavour – we love it!
For the chia pudding, mix the ingredients together in a bowl, ensuring no lumps of cacao are present. Pour into two small jars/glasses cover and place in the fridge to set overnight.
In the morning they will be set firm and you can add any toppings you like. We love coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs and coconut flakes for added crunch but you can add fresh fruit and a drizzle of rice malt syrup too! Feel free to get creative with your toppings.
