Gingerbread Smoothie Bowl

Do you find that you often don’t know what to make for breakfast on Christmas day? The house might be a bit chaotic with kids running around and bouncing off the walls with excitement. This gingerbread smoothie bowl is the perfect solution for a quick, tasty and nutritious breakfast.

1 frozen banana
1 frozen zucchini
1 scoup vegan protein powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cups Pureharvest Unsweetened Activated Almond Milk

Pop all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Spoon into two bowl and top with your favourite toppings. We used mini gingerbread, flaked coconut and some roasted seeds here to create a wonderful Christmassy vibe.
