Bliss balls are such a fantastic little snack to have on hand whenever you’re feeling a bit peckish. Our Golden Quench is so wonderful in cooking and it provides such a fabulous base flavour to these Golden Coconut Bliss Balls. Whip a batch up on the weekend and have them on hand all week for whenever you need a little energy boost.
Add the soaked cashews, coconut flour and desiccated coconut to a food processor and process until broken down into a coarse crumb consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture begins to come together, this should take a minute or two.
Using your hands take a small amount of mixture and roll into a walnut sized ball. Roll each ball in a small amount of desiccated coconut until it's evenly coated. Repeat with remaining mixture. The mixture should make 10-12 balls.
Store in the fridge.
