Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

A simple, healthy breakfast that will leave you feeling satisfied all morning. Packed full of natural ingredients and bursting with wholesome energy, overnight oats are perfect for anyone that’s on the go and doesn’t usually have time for breakfast.

The oats
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup Pureharvest Coco Quench,
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-2 Tbsp Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup(optional),
Toppings
2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup Mango
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup,

In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients for the oats. Cover and pop into the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning pop into a serving bowl and top with the additional yoghurt, mango, shredded coconut and rice malt syrup. Then it's ready to enjoy!
