Mmmm-Mmmm! Perfect for stir fries, salads, sushi and rice paper rolls, it’s always good to have a tasty fried tofu recipe up your sleeve. Here’s our favourite way to add some flavour to our tofu.
This tofu works well in a whole range of recipes, here’s a few to try:
Mix the tamari, 1 cup of water and grated ginger.
Warm a pan over medium heat, add oil and fry tofu on both sides until golden brown.
Pour over the tamari mixture and cook until all the liquid has been evaporated.
Remove from heat and either use straight away, or allow to cool before storing in the fridge.
