Raw Anzac Bliss Balls

That awesome Anzac Biscuit flavour but 100% raw, these Anzac Bliss Balls are a super satisfying treat sweetened only with dates.

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
10 medjool dates
1/2 cup almond butter
2 tbsps Pureharvest Activated Almond Milk 1 tsp vanilla
salt

Place the medjool dates, almond butter and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the desiccated coconut, rolled oats, almond milk and pinch of salt. Process until the mixture begins to come together.

Roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a plate. Place in the fridge to set.

Serve straight from the fridge or remove 15-20 minutes prior to serving if you want a more gooey texture.

These balls will store in the fridge for up to a week.
