As the weather starts heating up we are re-introducing smoothie bowls into our morning routine. We love a good smoothie bowl because it’s almost like having ice cream for breakfast. This smoothie bowl from Rachel at Flora and Flow is packed full of flavour and nutrients that will keep you going until lunch!
The Golden Quench used in this recipe provides the gorgeous yellow colour of the smoothie and adds additional nutrients.
1/2 cup Pureharvest Golden Quench
1 frozen banana
1 tsp chia seeds
6 raw cashews
Put Golden Quench milk, frozen banana, chia seeds and raw cashews into a blender.
Blitz until all ingredients are combined.
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, coconut and granola (I used some of my Orange and Cinnamon Granola).
