Seasonal Eating: Autumn

Today we want to share with you some of our favourite autumn foods. In our ever growing Global world we can get pretty much any kind of food at any time of year wherever we are. Now don’t get us wrong, we are not saying globalisation is bad or that having access to a larger variety of foods is bad. However, we do believe that there is great importance in buying and eating seasonal produce. We do this to support local farmers, organic farming and reduce our environmental footprint.
