Our Top Winter Recipes

We love winter cooking because it lends itself so well to wholesome, comforting, nutritious food! Winter is all about cuddling up by the fire while enjoying a warming bowl of soup. Or snuggled up under a blanket reading a book and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa.

One of our all time favourite soup recipes is our Coconut Pumpkin Soup.

Alternatively if you fancy something a little sweeter, you can’t go past sipping on a hot mug of cocoa. Why not give our Coconut Rough Hot Chocolate a go.

Some other options if those recipes are not to your taste are:

Warm Pasta Salad

Caramelised Onion Tart

Golden Pumpkin Pasta Bake

Red Lentil Dahl

Zesty Pear Crumble
