Seasonal Eating: Winter

Here is our second instalment of Seasonal Eating. Today we are talking about all the wonderful winter fruits and vegetables. We love winter cooking because it lends itself so well to wholesome, comforting, nutritious food – our favourite! Winer is all about cuddling up by the fire while enjoying a warming bowl of soup. One of our all time favourite soup recipes is our Coconut Pumpkin Soup. Alternatively if you fancy something a little sweeter, you can’t go past sipping on a hot mug of cocoa.
