The Best Recipes for World Vegan Day

Each year on November 1st, we celebrate World Vegan Day – an annual event that sees vegans (and vegan-supporters) come together to showcase the benefits of veganism for humans and the natural environment.

Here at PureHarvest HQ, we love to help open the (vegan) door for you to explore a vegan lifestyle through our products and recipes – whether that be for the purpose of better health and wellbeing; living more sustainably; or simply to arm yourself with more delicious and nutritious dishes to incorporate into your day-to-day routine.

So, whether you’re hosting a potluck with family and friends or giving back by planting trees this World Vegan Day, we want to help you out by giving you our BEST vegan dishes, covering each meal of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert) along with a few snacks for when you’re feeling peckish in between.

Light, fresh, healthy and full of flavour (thanks to our Organic Tamari), it’s a great dish for a potluck. Place it in the middle of the table and invite family and friends to help themselves.


Apple & Blackberry Crumble with Vegan Custard

Homemade crumble is a must-try! Quick and easy to make, it requires only the simplest of ingredients. This version is made using apples and frozen blackberries as the base, but feel free to switch it up and use any stew-able fruit you have on hand or that’s in season at the market. Then, serve it with a vegan custard. Yum!
