Ingredients

2 tbsp Butter of choice (we like nut butter or coconut oil)
3 cups PureHarvest Organic Muesli
4 tbsp PureHarvest Organic Honey

Instructions

Start by melting the butter or oil of choice and the honey into a saucepan.
Once these have melted, add this liquid to a bowl with the muesli in it.
Using a tray, place the muesli on it and try to flatten it out until it is compacted together.
Place the tray into the freezer for up to two hours.
Take the tray of muesli out and leave to defrost.
Using a flat utensil, remove the muesli and place it onto a chopping board.
Cut the muesli into squares and leave it in the fridge for when it’s ready to be packed for lunch or eaten. Enjoy!
