A tasty new way to enjoy rice cakes.
Melt chocolate in a small saucepan with nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well.
Break up the rice crackers into the chocolate and mix well to combine.
Pour chocolate mixture into a parchment paper lined brownie pan and transfer into the refrigerator (1 hour) or freezer (30 minutes) to set.
Once the mixture has hardened, slice bars, sprinkle over some sea salt and ENJOY!
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
