Organic Rice Syrup

Brown Rice

Ingredients

2 cups ground arrowroot biscuits
1 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for coating
1 cup Pureharvest Coco²
3 tbsp Pureharvest Coco Quench

Instructions

Mix the ground arrowroot biscuits and desiccated coconut in a medium bowl.
Add COCO² and Coco Quench, and mix well until all combined. Using your hands, roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls.
Roll balls into extra coconut and place on a tray or plate to place in the fridge until set, about 20 mins.
