These glazed baby carrots are the perfect side dish to a weekend feast.
Using a saucepan, bring water to boil and add in a pinch or two of salt
Cook carrots until tender (5-6 minutes). Once cooked drain the carrots in the sink
Add the carrots back to the pan and then add butter, organic honey, organic tamari, and lemon juice
Cook until a thickened glaze coats the carrots
Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley
