These glazed baby carrots are the perfect side dish to a weekend feast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Baby carrots
  • 3 tbsp PureHarvest Organic Tamari
  • 3 Tbsp PureHarvest Organic Honey
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • Freshly ground salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Using a saucepan, bring water to boil and add in a pinch or two of salt

  2. Cook carrots until tender (5-6 minutes). Once cooked drain the carrots in the sink

  3. Add the carrots back to the pan and then add butter, organic honey, organic tamari, and lemon juice

  4. Cook until a thickened glaze coats the carrots

  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley
