This plant based chocolate mousse is a big time crowd pleaser. As an added bonus its high in protein and super simple to make.
Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl in the microwave or ovre a pot of boiling water.
Add to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Transfer to a sealed container and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
Serve with some fresh strawberries and cacao nibs.
