Lemon Bliss Balls
Taline Gabrielian from Hippie Lane is sharing one of her signature delicious recipes with us today.
Place shredded coconut and almonds in the food processor and process until small crumbs form. Add coconut butter, Rice Malt Syrup, lemon juice and zest and pulse until well combined.
Empty contents into a bowl and make into bliss balls, approx. 3cm in diameter. Roll balls in desiccated coconut and transfer to the fridge for at least 1 hour before consuming.
