Sensational sprouts that will turn sprout-skeptics into Brussels-believers!
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare your sprouts by slicing off the hard ends and then chopping them in half.
Mix the sprouts with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Tip your sprouts onto a lined baking sheet, then turn them cut side down.
Roast for 25 minutes until very brown and tender – no need to stir!
While the sprouts are roasting, place the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and tamari in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat until thickened slightly and reduced.
When your sprouts are done pour over the maple glaze and serve immediately.
