Today’s recipe comes from Freshly Steff whose beautiful and healthy looking Instagram account caught our eye! Steff is currently studying for a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and is sharing her delicious Muesli Squares recipe with us today.
Preheat oven to 180⁰C.
Mix oats, muesli, sultanas and seeds in a large bowl.
Blend together the dates and Rice Malt Syrup until a sticky paste forms. (Other flavours such as cacao or peanut butter can also be added to the sticky mixture to make it even more delicious!)
Mix the dry ingredients with the paste. Place onto a lined brownie tray and bake in the over for around 25 minutes, or until the top is starting to brown a little.
Once cool, drizzle with the chocolate or Coco² Hazelnut and enjoy.
