Made with Organic Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce Organic Maple Syrup Canadian Ingredients 400 g Soba noodles 1 Shredded cucumber 4 Spring onions (chopped) 1 Handful Coriander chopped 1/3 cup Coconut yoghurt 2 tbsp Sesame oil 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp Pureharvest Organic Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Pureharvest Organic Tamari 1 tbsp white miso Instructions Prepare soba noodles and cool as per packet instructions Add the cucumber, spring onions, and coriander to a large salad bowl In a smaller bowl add the coconut yoghurt, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, tamari, and white miso. Mix together thoroughly. Add the soba noodles and dressing to the salad bowl and mix. Serve immediately or store in the fridge and use within 3 days. Prepare soba noodles and cool as per packet instructions
Add the cucumber, spring onions, and coriander to a large salad bowl
In a smaller bowl add the coconut yoghurt, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, tamari, and white miso. Mix together thoroughly.
Add the soba noodles and dressing to the salad bowl and mix.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge and use within 3 days.
