The great thing about this recipe is you can have all the individual ingredients ready to go in the fridge and throw it together for a quick and nutritious lunch. Move over old school boring salads and hello nourish bowls.
Add a glug of olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
Once hot add in the cubed tofu and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden.
Add in tamari and stir to combine, then add the broccoli and kale and sauté for a further 3 minutes, until kale has wilted. Add in rice, stir to combine.
For the sauce, add all ingredients into a jar and whisk until combined, alternatively you can use an immersion blender or a regular blender.
Serve in bowls, with a very generous drizzle of the tahini sauce.
Garnish with some broken up seaweed and sesame seeds.
