InstructionsHeat the oven to 200C/fan. Cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Tip into a bowl with the garlic granules, paprika and oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Drizzle the hot sauce over the cauliflower and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the other fillings. Finely slice the avocado, cabbage and capsicum. Cut the lime into wedges. Assemble the tacos with the fillings and cauliflower. A squeeze of lime and a dash of hot sauce to finish and garnish with some fresh coriander or parsley. Now it’s just time to eat. Enjoy straight away. This is the perfect recipe for a mid week meal. Simply prep all the ingredients and place into separate bowls and have the family make their own tacos at the table. Note:
