This is one of the simplest recipes you will ever make. The chocolate is made from 3 very simple ingredients, including our natural sweetener – Rice Malt Syrup. You can then get as creative with the toppings as you like. Perfect for any easter chocolate treat and the kids will love getting creative with you too. Simple, recipes like this are the perfect way to get kids involved in the kitchen without too much difficulty. We can’t promise there won’t be a bit more mess than usual.

3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup Pureharvest Rice Malt Syrup,
1/2 cup cacao powder
Toppings
Chocolate mini eggs
Freeze dried strawberries
Shredded coconut

In a bowl whisk together the melted coconut oil, rice malt syrup and cacao. Once it is evenly mixed together and starts to thicken pour onto some grease proof paper. Gently spread out with the back of a spoon into a rectangle slab, about 1cm-2cm in thickness.

Sprinkle on your chosen toppings and gently press down to ensure they stick to the chocolate.

Place into the freezer to set. Once set firm, cut into pieces.

Because of the nature of the home made chocolate, store in the fridge or freezer to ensure that it doesn't get too soft.
