Made with Organic Maple Syrup Canadian Organic Soy Unsweetened Ingredients 2 cups frozen strawberries 1/2 cup tapioca pearls 2 tbsp Pureharvest Organic Maple Syrup 2/3 cup Pureharvest Organic Soy 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cup ice Instructions Put the frozen strawberries in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until the strawberries become soft. Use a spoon to lightly mash the strawberries. Remove the pan from the stove and use a blender to purée the strawberries. Let them cool afterwards. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions – should take about 5 minutes. Drain the pearls, rinse under cold water and put them in a bowl together with the maple syrup. In a new bowl, combine the soy milk and vanilla extract, plus vegan whipping cream if you want. Fill the glass with tapioca pearls and drip the strawberry purée over the pearls. Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea
