Simple, tasty and the perfect go to snack for the whole family.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Prepare the flax egg and set aside.
Combine bananas, milk, syrup in a bowl and mash the bananas until smooth.
Add in coconut oil and flax egg, coconut sugar and whisk to combine.
Add in oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and fold to combine.
Fold through chocolate chips.
Scoop out into muffin liners.
Bake in oven for 18 minutes.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
* To make a flax egg, 2 tbsp ground flax 4 tbsp water.
