Peel and chop your bananas
Peel and scoop out the avocado
Place the banana, avocado, butter, Coco2 spread, coconut milk and a pinch of salt into a blender and whiz until smooth
Pour the mousse into a serving dish, cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve
Using the cacao nibs and berries garnish and serve
