Made with Organic Rice Cakes Thin with Quinoa Organic Rice Syrup Brown Rice Ingredients 5 Pureharvest Organic Rice Cakes 1/2 cup Shredded coconut 300 g Dark chocolate, melted 1/4 cup Pureharvest Organic Rice Syrup 2 tbsp Coconut oil 3 Tbsp Almond Butter Mini eggs to top Instructions Add the coconut oil, almond butter, brown rice syrup and cacao into a saucepan. Heat on low fore a few minutes and whisk until smooth. Break up the rice cakes with your hands into a mixing bowl. Add in the shredded coconut and mix to combine. Spoon out a couple of tbsp onto a tray lined with parchment paper and shape them into little nests. Place in the fridge overnight, or in the freezer for 1-2 hours until they have completely set. Ingredients

5 Pureharvest Organic Rice Cakes
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
300 g Dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup Pureharvest Organic Rice Syrup
2 tbsp Coconut oil
3 Tbsp Almond Butter
Mini eggs to top

Instructions
