Preheat oven to 130ºC.
Cut orange in half and then slice carefully into thin segments. Arrange on two baking trays and place in the oven for 2 1/2 hours or until the orange has dried.
Once orange is dried, melt your chocolate and dip the orange segments into the melted chocolate. Place each segment on a sheet of baking paper and leave to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
