Triple Choc Brownie

Chocolate, on chocolate, on chocolate! What’s not to love?! These triple chocolate brownies are a little bit naughty but boy oh boy are they scrumptious! Made using our all time favourite chocolate spread, Coco² . These brownies are made using wholesome ingredients and provide the perfect alternative to the shop bought ones full of so many additives.
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20cm square cake tin.
Whisk eggs, COCO² and cacao in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
Sift in flour and when combined fold in roughly chopped chocolate.
Pour batter into the cake tin and bake for 30 – 35 minutes, or until the top of the brownie is set.
Allow to cool slightly in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
