Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pureharvest Organic Rice
  • 150 g frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, or fave nut butter
  • 1 medjool date

Instructions

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with any toppings you like, I always love adding a granola for crunch and additional fruit. This time I went with berries and chocolate granola.
