This decadent Coconut Rough Hot Chocolate from Sam from Wholesome Patisserie is the perfect winter warmer. Whip it up in under 10 minutes and enjoy a delicious, creamy chocolate beverage on these cold July nights. Feel free to add all the toppings for a more luscious drink.

Organic Rice Syrup

Brown Rice

Ingredients

2 cups Pureharvest Coco Quench
2 Tbsp cacao
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp Pureharvest Coco²
1 tsp Pureharvest Organic Rice Syrup
3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

Toppings (optional)

Marshmallows
Cinnamon sticks
Coconut flakes

Instructions

In a medium sized saucepan over high heat, bring milk, cocoa and cinnamon to a boil. Whisking occasionally, this will make it frothy.
Once steam is coming off the mixture, add CoCo2, syrup and chocolate drops, whisk until completely melted through.
When the mixture has come to a boil, remove from heat and pour into serving mugs.
Top hot chocolate with marshmallows, cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes.
