Festive Chia Pudding

A wonderful breakfast to enjoy this festive season and a great simple breakfast idea for Christmas day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pureharvest Organic Oat
  • 2 Tbsp Pureharvest Organic Rice Syrup
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a mixing bowl (organic oat milk unsweetened, rice syrup, and vanilla extract) and whisk until well combined. Incorporate the chia seeds and whisk again.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  3. When ready to eat, stir well, and layer with your raspberry compot/jam, and top with more fresh raspberries and a candy cane for a little extra festive flourish. Make them ahead of time as can be kept in the fridge for 4-5 days.
