Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Slowly add in the wet ingredients. Give it a good stir and then let it sit for 5 minutes to rest and rise.
Heat vegan butter in a frying pan over medium heat and once hot, spoon in your pancake batter.
After 2-3 minutes, or golden brown, flip the pancakes
Cook for another 2-3 minutes so that they are cooked through and golden on both sides.
Serve with PureHarvest Maple Syrup and berries.
