A colourful, playful alternative to that morning coffee. Spirulina lattes are beautiful to look at and very tasty to drink. Our Lush Almond Nom Milk provides a wonderful creamy base that carries the flavour of the spirulina perfectly.

Lush Almond

Ingredients

1 tsp blue spirulina
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup Pureharvest NOM Barista,
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Pureharvest Organic Maple Syrup,

Instructions

In a small bowl, add the spirulina and warm water. Whisk to combine well.
Heat the NOM Milk on the stovetop in a small saucepan. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and simmer constantly stirring for approx. 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Place the warm milk into a glass jug and using an electric whisk, whisk the milk until frothy or creamy.
Add the spirulina to a mug of your choice, add the cinnamon and sweetener and top with the frothy NOM Milk.
