A healthy plant based spin on the very popular tick tock coffee, Dalgona coffee. Simple, indulgent and cafe worthing coffee from home. Made using our Creamy Oat, an extra thick and creamy oat milk that pairs beautifully with coffee.

Ingredients

2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp warm water
2 shot espresso
Handful of ice
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup Pureharvest Organic Oat
1 tsp Pureharvest Organic Maple Syrup,

Instructions

Place the equal parts of instant coffee, coconut sugar and warm water in a small to medium bowl and whisk for approx. 8 minutes until glossy and whipped. Place in the fridge until you are ready for the coffee whip.
In a tall glass, add the coffee pour, top with ice, cold water, NOM Milk, sweetener and add a big scoop of the coffee whip to serve.
Enjoy immediately.
