Feel like changing up your morning breaky? Then give this Berry Smoothie Bowl from Mindful Moose a go! It’s packed full of flavour and nutrients for long lasting energy that will keep you going all morning 🙂
150 g frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp peanut butter, or fave nut butter
1 medjool date
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Top with any toppings you like, I always love adding a granola for crunch and additional fruit. This time I went with berries and chocolate granola.
