Mango Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are a fantastic way to get some extra fruit into you and your families diet. This smoothie bowl is thick, creamy and unbelievably easy to make. If you often struggle to get the right texture and thickness in your smoothies, look no further than this recipe. Easy to follow and very enjoyable to eat.

1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup Coco Quench
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
(optional)
Toppings
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp shredded coconut

Place all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. It's as simple and easy as that.
