With the addition of the incredible Nourished Co, Nourish + Repair Revitalising Protein Blend this smoothie is perfect for breakfast or an after gym refuel. Bursting with lots of antioxidants from the berries this smoothie is a great addition to a healthy diet.
- For the smoothie bowl
1 1/2 cups fresh/frozen raspberries
1 cup fresh/frozen pinapple
1 scoop Nourish + Repair Revitalising Protein Blend
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
150-200 ml Pureharvest Activated Almond Milk
- For the garnish
Fresh Raspberries and Blueberries
In a blender, add the fruit, Nourish + Repair Revitalising Protein Blend, coconut yoghurt, rice malt syrup and 150ml of almond milk.
Blend on high until smooth. If the mix is too think, add the extra almond milk until you reach your preferred texture.
Place the smoothie mix into a serving bowl and garnish with chia seeds, granola, fresh raspberries and blueberries, and shredded coconut.
